How To Steam Fish Quick Easy and Healthy! in hIgh Definition 
Healthy and Easy way for Steaming Fish and Green Beans for a fast Dinner which is really healthy for you.
Remember you can use any kind of Fish or side dishes


Ingredients:


  • 1 whole white fish
  • 1 chilli (deseeded)
  •  2 stalks of spring onions
  • 12 pieces of ginger slices
  • 1 tablespoon of shao xing wine (optional if you can't take alcohol)


Ingredients for the gravy:


  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • a few dashes of white pepper
  • a few drops of sesame oil


* For those who do not want to add wine, just skip it :) The taste of the steamed fish will still be fantastic, trust me!

Milo Dinosaur & Milo Godzilla

Chocolate Malt drinks are synonym to our childhood. We enjoy it when the weather is hot or when we are feeling down. These drinks surely make any bad day much better. I clearly remember being served with a cup of plain Chocolate Malt drink when I was unwell. Well, that was not much fun but the real deal of Chocolate Malt drinks is when you enjoy them cold and sweet. Here, I have two recipes which are well known drinks in Malaysian eateries. I'm sure you will remember the names as they are known as Dinosaur and Godzilla!

Ingredients:

  • 150ml water
  • 4t chocolate malt powder (eg: milo, ovaltine, etc)
  • 2t condensed milk
  • vanilla ice cream/whipped cream

This is my personal favourite. The saltiness from the yummy thick tomato sauce and the spiciness from the chilies make this dish bursting with flavours. Best served with coconut rice, this dish is a winner!

Ingredients:


(A)

  • 1 Onion
  • Ginger (3 cm)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6-8 dried chilies (seeds removed)

(B)

  • 550g chicken
  • 1 Tomato (skin removed and diced)
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • 250 ml water
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry chicken

How to cook Simple Chicken Curry (Malaysian style) ? 
So, A bowl of curry chicken rocks every household with their own recipe. Some may even funk it up with more spices to add more taste and flavours. That's why curry differs from family to family. This is my take on it, simple and you cannot go wrong with it.




Ingredients

  • 450g of chicken
  • 1/2 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

To blend:


  • 3 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 3 candlenuts
  • 3 pips of garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • 2cm ginger
  • 5 dried chili

To add to curry:


  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 lemon grass (bruised at the end)
  • 5 sprigs of curry leaves
  • 300ml of coconut milk
  • 300ml of water
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Oil to fry

• 3 Oz spaghetti (4 tazze d'acqua + ½ cucchiaino di sale)
• 15 gamberetti medio precotto (3 once)
• 1½ cucchiai di aglio
• 1½ cucchiai di burro salato
